The TMI journey began in 1989 in a 3,000 square foot facility located in New York City's Chinatown district, with the mission of creating
fresher and better tasting Asian noodles. Since then, the company has grown to a total of over 200,000 square feet in Brooklyn, NY, with
multiple facilities in the Bushwick neighborhood. TMI produces products under the brands Chef One and Twin Marquis, each specializing in
their own category of goods, and all made with the same attention to quality and taste.
